Meditation

Hello friends,

My heart has been heavy with all the suffering in the world of late. I have to admit I have let it effect my mood and energy. I'm sure I'm not alone. I say this to share with you what has helped me in hopes that it will lift your spirits as well.

Taking time to sit quietly, breath deeply and get away from the "noise", has helped me to refocus and rejuvenate my spirit. Whether you pray, meditate, sit quietly or listen to music, it's important to take time out for yourself. It is the most important thing you can do for yourself each day and is a form of self-love. For me, it's a special time that reminds me that I am not just a physical being but a spiritual being as well. It also reminds me that there is so much more going on than what I can see. I find strength in knowing that I have so many cheering me in the physical as well in the spiritual realm. So take heart my friends, what is seen is temporary and what is unseen is eternal.
