We all have energy centers from the base of our spine to the top of our heads called Chakras. When they are balanced, energy flows freely throughout our beings and we feel good - mind, body and spirit. When unbalanced, energy is blocked and we don't feel our best.
I like to paint about the metaphysical to remind me and the world that we are energetic, spiritual beings, and not just flesh and blood.
